Saint Croix Holding Immobilier Joins BME Scaleup Tomorrow, July 30

The Board of Directors of BME Scaleup has approved the incorporation of Saint Croix Holding Immobilier tomorrow, July 30, once all the documentation submitted by the company has been analysed and studied and the favourable evaluation report of the Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee has been issued.

The Board of Directors of the company, which has been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since December 2011, has decided that the reference price for the start of trading of the shares will be today's closing price of the share on that market.

The Company's trading code will be ‘SCHI’ and its Registered Advisor is PKF Attest Servicios Empresariales.

The Company, which will be the ninth company to join BME's growth markets this year, focuses its activity on the management of a diversified portfolio of real estate, mainly comprising office and university buildings, shopping centres and commercial premises, hotels and a hospital.
