Sagem SA Share, IWF And GICS Change In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices effective the close of trading Wednesday, March 16, 2005:
  • Sagem SA (France, SEDOL: B058TZ6, GICS: Information Technology, GICS Code: 45201020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will increase to 362,274,170; IWF (Investable Weight Factor) will change from 0.67 to 0.522 and GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) will change from 45201020 Communications Equipment to 20101010 Aerospace & Defense. The changes are the result of the merger of Sagem SA and Snecma.
