Effective April 30th, 2003, the off-market transaction registration fees will be lowered. The fees applicable to each side of the party (with VAT) will change as follows:
- "LUKOil" futures contract - from 1 ruble to 0.75 rubles
- USD/RUR exchange rate - from 1.5 rubles to 0.75 rubles
- Options on futures on "Gazprom" stock - from 0.6 rubles to 0.45 rubles.
The fee equal to 50% of the transaction registration fee will be applied to the following options transactions:
- Position opening and closing within one trading session (fee applicable to all options on futures contracts);
- "Put" and "Call" options position opening and closing within one trading session (fee applies to all but off-market transactions).
