RTS Stock Exchange, National Depositary Center And National Association For Professional Securities Market Participants

The RTS Stock Exchange, National Depositary Center (NDC) and National Association for Professional Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR) initiated the study of the current state of Russian securities market. The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Skaden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (Skaden, Arps) were selected as consultants. Within the limits of the project, BCG and Skaden, Arps will conduct a comparative study of Russian securities market and markets in other countries (the USA, Poland, Korea), research main market characteristics: supply, demand, and infrastructure and analyze legislative environment.
