Vladislav Streltsov was born in Chelyabinsk in 1968. Mr. Streltsov began his career on the securities market in 1998 as the Director of RTS Analytical department. In 2001 he was elected Head of Financial Department of RTS Technical Center; in November 2002 - the RTS Stock Exchange First Vice President. Mr. Streltsov acted as the Chief Financial Officer of the RTS Group.
Ivan Tyryshkin was born in Belgorod in 1973. In 1996-1998 worked as the Head of the Department of Professional Market Participants Activities Regulation at the Federal Commission for the Securities Market of Russian Federation; from August 1998 until June 2001 served as the President of the National Association of Professional Market Participants (NAUFOR). Under Mr. Tyryshkin's supervision, the Investor Rights Protection program was developed at NAUFOR. Mr. Tyryshkin also supervised creation of SKRIN and NKS information systems, and the development of quarterly ratings and rankings of Russian brokerages. In June 2001 Mr. Tyryshkin elected the RTS Stock Exchange President, reelected unanimously in June 2002.
Mr. Tyryshkin serves on Board of Directors of Moscow Stock Exchange, "Sibneft" and "Far Eastern Sea Shipping Company". He also acts as the Chairman of St. Petersburg Stock Exchange Board of Directors.
