RTS Stock Exchange Board: March 2005 Data

For the month of March 2005, total trading volume on the RTS Board equaled 24 million dollars, compared with 26 million in February 2005. The most popular were "Altai-koks" common shares (7% of the total trading volume), "Semiluksky refractory plant" (7%) and Tuymen Oil Company (5%).

In March 2005 traders' activity reached 749 transactions, compared with 762 transactions in February. The following companies traded the most actively on the RTS Board in March: "Antanta Capital", "Troika Dialog", Brunswick UBS, "Energocapital" and "CenterInvestSecurities".

The RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not listed on the RTS Stock Exchange. The RTS Board opened up on February 15 th , 2001. Access to the system is available to any licensed market participant for a fee.
