Mr. Dempsey adds significant value and experience to RTS due to his previous senior roles within IT and the financial markets. In various functions he has traveled the world extensively forming relationships with Exchanges worldwide and developing business in twenty-four countries on six continents from Board rooms to trading rooms. While focusing mainly on international training and consulting activities during the most recent years he also served a large part of his career for the International Trading Institute, Ltd. in Chicago. He held senior marketing and sales positions at Advanced Portfolio Technologies (APT) and at Expert Systems Group, Inc. in the U.S.
John J. Dempsey will be based in Chicago and will assume responsibility for RTS’ business development activities worldwide. Key aspects and responsibilities will be the development of partnerships, market requirement analysis and relationship management with exchange representatives.
In his new role John J. Dempsey will directly report to the board of RTS and closely cooperate with the global sales units of the software vendor.
