RTS: New "Information Disclosure Rules" Take Effect As Of July 1st, 2003

Effective July 1st, 2003, the new revision of "Information Disclosure Rules" will come into force. The document was approved by the Partnership Board of Directors on April 22nd, 2003, and approved by Federal Securities Commission of Russia on June 11, 2003.

The new revision outlines the rules of information disclosure for directly-addressed and indirectly- addressed transactions.
