Updated constituents lists approved by the RTS Stock Exchange on joint recommendations of the Index Committees of RTS and MICEX will be in effect from December 16, 2011 through March 15, 2012.
Preferred stocks of JSOC Bashneft will be added to the RTS Index from the waiting list. There will be no component changes made to the RTS Standard Index.
To the RTS-2 Index two components will be added (ordinary shares of PJSC "ARMADA" and ordinary shares of OJSC "PhosAgro") from the waiting list. These securities will replace ordinary shares of OMZ, URALSIB and OJSC Concern "KALINA". Securities of OJSC Concern "KALINA" are removed from the RTS-2 Index because the issuer’s capitalization with regard to the free float has fallen below the allowed level established for this index. The other securities are taken off the RTS-2 Index, due to a decrease in their liquidity.
The list of RTS Siberia Index constituents will remain unchanged.
Constituents lists for RTS Sectoral Indices will not be updated on December 16, 2011. As of December 19, 2011, these indices will be calculated in accordance with a new methodology based on components lists drawn up as a result of integrating MICEX and RTS Sectoral Indices. The calculation of the RTS Telecom Index will be resumed on December 19, 2011.
