The most active companies on the RTS Board market in 2004 were "Antanta-Capital", "Troika Dialog", "Brunswick UBS", "CenterInvestSecurities" and "Alfa Bank".
The most popular stock on the RTS Board was "Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Corporation". The last year’s leader "Tyumen Oil company" finished second. Among the most liquid instruments on the RTS Board markets were ‘Uralelectromed", "Pharmacy Chain 36.6" and ‘NPO Saturn".
In 2004 14 new securities issued by 9 companies were included on the RTS Board. Currently market participants can quote 699 securities issued by 561 issuers.
The RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not listed on the RTS Stock Exchange. The system has been in operation Access to the system is available to any licensed market participant for a fee.
At the moment 400 investment companies and banks use the RTS Board.
