In accordance with the RTS Stock Exchange Charter the Partnership Board of Directors consists of 17 members and is elected for one year.
The Board of Directors is formed the following way:
Category 1: 9 members of the Board of Directors are elected from the list of 15 candidates representing companies that are the most active on the Exchange (Classic market and FORTS market volumes, from July 1, 2003, through March 31, 2003, are being taken into account).
