RTS Board: July 2005 Data

For the month of July 2005, total trading volume on the RTS Board increased by 33% compared with the previous period and reached 27,1 million dollars, compared with 20,4 million dollars in June 2005. The largest trading volume was in "Tuymen Oil Company" common shares (9,42% of the total trading volume), "Sovincenter" (7,16%), and " Karelski okatysh " (5,32%).

In July 2005 traders' activity reached 859 transactions, compared with 644 transactions in June. The following companies traded the most actively on the RTS Board in July: "Brunswick UBS", "Troika Dialog", "Centrelnvest Securities", "Antanta-Capital", "URALSIB Capital Limited Liability Company".

The RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not listed on the RTS Stock Exchange. The RTS Board opened up on February 15, 2001. At the moment there are 754 securities and 599 issuers quoted in the system. RTS Board members: 250 largest banks and investment companies, RTS members and 22 companies which are not members of the partnership. Access to the system is available to any licensed market participant for a fee.
