Roland Bellegarde and Nathalie Estellat, top talents in the realm of market infrastructure and human-digital integration, will be presented to the Shareholders’ Meeting for joining the Board from March 2019.
Pedro Fernandes, Anne Gaignard and Antoine Loudenot, managing team of ResearchPool, will be proposing that two high profiles join the Board of Directors of ResearchPool, as independents.

About Roland Bellegarde
One of the most respected and knowledgeable players in building and managing exchange businesses, Roland has already 27 years of experience at the top level in the European markets, notably in creating the first pan-European market into Euronext, and then driving its harmonization and efficiency. Roland has also supervised new ventures over the years, such as PowerNext on energy, MetNext on climate.
Roland has been a member of European Securities and Market Authority’s Consultative Working Group on market structure and Securities Markets Stakeholder Group. He was a Board member of several international exchanges as part of his NYSE Euronext responsibilities.
He currently is senior advisor of the CEO of Tadawul, and a member of the executive committee of the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange. He also holds board seats for the Securities Depositary Center and the Central Clearing House of Saudi Arabia.

After having worked over 15 years in various Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility senior roles in large groups and consulting firms, Nathalie created PassLumiere, to offer coaching and consulting services to senior management. PassLumiere is one of the leading firms in France around issues pertaining to change management, high pressure environments, diversity building and group wide cultural transformation.
She holds a PhD in organizational strategy, is a certified International Mozaik coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She masters various approaches and Tools, such as NLP, Gestalt, MBTI, Praditus, cardiac coordination, etc.
Nathalie also teaches at ESCP Europe.
