The venture will introduce over-the-counter energy risk management products and services to RJO's commercial energy customer base in North & South America, in addition to maintaining Coquest's existing domestic customer base.
Gerry Corcoran, CEO of RJO, will be Chairman of the joint venture, with John Vassallo of Coquest serving as President, and Norman L. Young of Coquest as Vice President .

"Partnering with RJO, which is known for its strength and integrity, will help us bring a new level of service to the energy community," said Mr. Vassallo.
The company will initially have offices in Chicago, Dallas and Houston.
RJO/Coquest Structured Products began business on March 1.
