RIMES Technologies, the global leader in Managed Data Services and RegTech solutions for financial institutions, has strengthened its executive Team with three new hires.
The injection of new talent comes at a time when RIMES is expanding its Managed Data Services offering to tackle the issues that current Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions are unable to address. The hires include Alex Myers, Chief Product Officer, Scott Miller, Chief Revenue Officer and Matthew Bagley, Chief Financial Officer. The three new hires complement the deep domain and technical expertise in RIMES’ existing Executive team as it gears up for a new chapter of growth under EQT, the main investor since February 2020.
Alex, Scott and Matthew bring extensive C-level leadership experience from data services companies and private equity businesses.
Alex Myers joins from Exact Software where he had a similar role leading Strategy and Product functions along with overseeing business transformation activities. Prior to that he worked closely with a number of leading technology investors at Achilles Information and McKinsey & Company. Alex has joined RIMES to further develop its award-winning Benchmark Data ServiceSM and RegFocusSM offerings, as well as to take its Managed Data Services through its next exciting phase of development.
Scott Miller joins from T-Rex Group, where he was Chief Business Development Officer. Previously, he was CRO at FactSet, and held several roles at Bloomberg, including COO Enterprise Products & Solutions and Head of Sales. Scott brings a wealth of experience in offering leading client services to RIMES.
Prior to joining RIMES, Matthew Bagley was CFO of eFront, where he managed the LBO sale to Bridgepoint in 2015 and, subsequently, the sale of eFront again to Blackrock in 2019.
