TMX Group Inc. announced today that Richard Nadeau, Senior Vice President Toronto Stock Exchange, is leaving the company. Kevan Cowan, President TSX Markets and Group Head of Equities, said: "Richard has made a significant contribution to TMX, particularly in the area of developing the Issuer Services team and spearheading and completing the acquisition of The Equicom Group. We would like to thank Richard for all of his efforts and to wish him all the very best as he moves on to new opportunities."
TMX Group also announced that effective immediately Ungad Chadda, currently Vice President, Business Development and Strategy for Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, will assume responsibilities as Senior Vice President Toronto Stock Exchange overseeing the TSX Listings business. Mr. Chadda is a Chartered Accountant who joined the stock exchange in 1997 and has over 12 years of experience in the listings business.
