"NYSE Group is, in fact, compliant with Reg. NMS with the exception of the connection to the NASD ADF and the ISE. Currently, we do not believe there is any participation in NYSE-listed stocks in the NASD ADF, and the ISE only launched its stock market this past December. We expect these matters to be completed no later than Apri 5."
