Revised Allocations To Oslo Børs Liquidity Categories

Date 15/12/2004

Oslo Børs will revise the allocation of companies to liquidity categories with effect from Friday 17 December on the basis of market activity in the period 1 June-30 November 2004.

As readers will know, since October 2004 companies listed on Oslo Børs have been divided into the categories OBX, OB Match, OB Standard and OB New on the basis of liquidity in their shares. Savings banks with listed primary capital certificates continue to form a separate category, OB Primary Capital Certificates. Allocation to the liquidity categories is reviewed every six months on the basis of trading activity.

With effect from Friday 17 December the OBX category will, as usual, include 25 companies, OB Match will include 75 companies, OB Standard will include 67 companies, OB New will include 3 companies and OB Primary Capital Certificates will include 20 savings banks.

Full lists of the companies in each category can be found on the Oslo Børs web site at www.oslobors.no/ob/listestruktur?languageID=1
