Rentas Noblejas 3 SOCIMI Joins BME Scaleup On August 3

The BME Scaleup Management Committee has approved the listing of Rentas Noblejas 3 SOCIMI on August 3, following a thorough review of all documentation submitted by the company and the issuance of a favorable evaluation report by the Market Coordination and Listings Committee.

The company’s Board of Directors, which is the twelfth company to join BME’s growth markets so far this year has set a reference price of 8.20 euros per share for the start of trading, representing a total company valuation of 52.3 million euros.

The company’s trading code will be “SCRN3”, and its Registered Adviser will be Renta 4 Corporate, S.A.

Rentas Noblejas 3 SOCIMI has a real estate portfolio comprising various types of properties, with a presence in the tourism, residential, and commercial segments, and operates with a long-term focus centered on efficient asset management and the creation of recurring value for shareholders. At the end of last year, the company’s portfolio consisted of 15 properties located primarily in the province of Málaga and, to a lesser extent, in Ceuta, with a total gross leasable area of 222,817 square meters and a valuation of 56.1 million euros, according to the independent report by Gesvalt. Among its main assets are properties used as vacation apartments and residential units in Málaga.
