Euronext congratulates Renewi (ticker: RWI), the leading waste-to-product company, on its listing on Euronext’s regulated market in Amsterdam (Compartment A). Based on the reference price of € 0.4268, Renewi’s total market capitalisation stands at € 341.5 million.
The listing on Euronext Amsterdam is a secondary listing in addition to Renewi’s listing on the London Stock Exchange. No additional capital has been raised on this occasion.
Renewi, created in 2017 following the merger of Shanks Group plc with Van Gansewinkel Groep BV, is
market leader in collection and treatment of commercial waste in the Benelux, the European leader in treatment of contaminated soil and water and leader in industrial cleaning in the Netherlands.
Otto de Bont, CEO of Renewi, says: “We are delighted to have completed the secondary listing, a natural development reflecting Renewi’s core Benelux presence. Through government legislation and the demands of consumers and companies for sustainable solutions, the Benelux is driving the circular agenda.
The secondary Euronext listing will provide greater access for European investors, including those who are increasingly focused on ESG investing and the Green proposition.”
To mark Renewi’s first day of trading in Amsterdam, Otto de Bont, CEO of Renewi, sounds the gong to open the market.
