Following the take-over bid of the Company "Asahi Glass" and taking into account the published notifications of shareholding, the free float of the company Glaverbel has become less than 5%. As a consequence and following art. 1.4.c. of the BAS indexrules, the company Glaverbel (Isincode BE0003578862) has been removed from the following indices on 2002/05/21 after close:
