The AMF is launching a new quarterly newsletter titled Regulation and Listed Corporates. The launch is part of the AMF's Better Regulation initiative aimed at fostering closer industry dialogue, explaining its activities more clearly and promoting the French regulatory model internationally.
Objectives of Regulation and Listed Corporates
The purpose of the new online newsletter is to:- provide practical answers to questions from the industry;
- explain the AMF's decisions on matters of regulatory developments and its interpretations of existing statutes and regulations;
- raise the AMF's profile at the European and international levels so as to promote the French regulatory model.
Readership
Regulation and Listed Corporates is aimed at all those who participate in regulated markets, including senior executives of listed companies, lawyers, legal specialists, consultants and auditors. Published in English as well as French, it is also intended for foreign regulators and members of bodies such as the Committee of European Securities Regulators and the International Organization of Securities Commissions.
