Today, the shareholders of Deutsche Börse AG elected new shareholder representatives to the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting, as per the usual rotation.
Seven of the eight elected Supervisory Board members were already members. Chong Lee Tan from Singapore is new to the Supervisory Board. He has longstanding and profound expertise in the Asian financial and capital markets. Chong Lee Tan succeeds Amy Yip, who resigned from the Board.
Following the Annual General Meeting, the members of the Supervisory Board confirmed Martin Jetter as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
