Quayle Munro is pleased to announce it has advised Dow Jones on the sale of its German Energy & Commodities (E&C) Trade Publications business to a Frankfurt-based MBM Martin Brückner Medien GmbH (MBM).
The German E&C business, initially known as Dow Jones Newsletters when it was first established in 2004, provides comprehensive news, research, data and forecasts covering the German energy, metals and agriculture sectors, as well as strategic supply and European regulation and politics. Its Frankfurt-based team produces and publishes a range of online platforms including MetalSource and EnergySource; pdf newsletter publications and events, including conferences and seminar series, tailored to specific job functions.
