Quayle Munro Advised AVEDAS AG On Its Sale To Thomson Reuters

Quayle Munro Limited is pleased to announce that it has advised the shareholders of AVEDAS AG (“AVEDAS”), the developer of leading research management software “CONVERIS”, on its sale to Thomson Reuters, a leading global information business.

CONVERIS is an integrated research information system that supports research institutions in managing their research activities. It enables the collection of data throughout the research lifecycle, allowing research institutions to manage their research information from initial idea and grant applications through to the day-to-day management of ongoing projects and their results, including publications, patents and many other outputs.

AVEDAS was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, with offices in Leiden, The Netherlands and Hyderabad, India.
