Quarterly Share Rebalancing In The S&P ADR Index - Revised

As part of the S&P/TOPIX 150 and S&P Global 1200 share rebalancing, Standard & Poor’s will make changes in the number of ADRs used for the purposes of calculating the S&P ADR Indices. These changes will become effective after the close of business on Friday, March 11, 2005. The share figures for Honda Motor Corp. (ADR) announced in the original Press Release of March 8, 2005 have been revised. There will be no change in Honda Motor Corp. (ADR) shares at this time.
