Quarterly Review Euronext 100 & Next 150

As a result of the quarterly review of 30 November 2001 the following changes will be effective as of Wednesday 2 January. Because of the recent reclassification of Dutch real estate companies, these stocks are also elegible for the Euronext 100 index and the Next 150 index.

Euronext 100

Eurocommercial Properties will enter the Euronext 100 index. Corus Group will be removed from the Euronext 100 index.

Next 150

The following stocks will enter the Next 150 index:
Rodamco Europe, Euronext NV, Simco, Rodamco North America, Colruyt, Ciments Français, Corio, Haslemere, Glaverbel, Beneteau, April Group, Uni-Invest, Vastned Retail, CRCAM Paris et IdF, Brioche Pasquier, Jean Claude Darmon, Vastned Offices Industrial and Algeco.

The following stocks will be removed from the Next 150 index:
Avenir Telecom, Linedata Services, Ilog, Legris Indusries, Kaufman et Broad, Landis Group, Lectra, Devoteam, Twentsche Kabel, Valtech, Memscap, Ubizen, CSS Holding, Van Lanschot, Prosodie, UPC, Sylis, Assystem.

Please note: these changes are subject to corporate actions during the period between the announcement date and the effective date.

The Euronext 100 and Next 150 index have been published since October 2, 2000. They are constituted of the 250 securities with the highest market capitalisations, traded on the official markets of Euronext. In order to be included in the indices the securities must meet liquidity criteria that are specified in the rules of the indices. Euronext Indices is the compiler of the indices under the supervision of the independent Euronext Indices Steering Committee.
