Quarterly Rebalancing For S&P Global 100, S&P Europe 350, S&P Asia 50, S&P Latin America 40, S&P/ASX All Australian 50, S&P/TSX 60 And S&P/Topix 150 indices

As part of the quarterly rebalancing, the shares outstanding for several constituents of the S&P Global 100, S&P Europe 350, S&P Asia 50, S&P/ASX All Australian 50, S&P Latin America 40,

S&P/TXS 60 and S&P/Topix 150 indices will be updated effective after the close of business of Friday, June 20, 2008.

In addition, investible weight factors have been reviewed for members of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Asia 50. All changes will become effective for the close of business of Friday, June 20, 2008.

The S&P Asia 50 companies listed in the table below will change country of domicile, effective after the close of business Friday June 20, 2008.
