In reference to the Qatar Financial Markets Authority’s Board Decision No. (3) of 2024 regarding regulations for share buybacks. And following QNB Group's announcement - after obtaining necessary approvals- of a share buyback plan worth up to QAR 2.9 billion, starting October 8, 2024.
The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) announced that it will publish a daily report on the shares bought-back by listed companies. The report will be updated daily after trading sessions starting October 17, 2024.
It is worth mentioning that the report will be available on the QSE website main page in the disclosures section under the address of Shares Buy Back Report.
