Pursuant to its amended General Regulation, approved by ministerial order on 11 September 2007, the AMF is today publishing Instruction 2007-06, which supplements the transposition procedure for the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.
The new instruction describes in detail how investment services providers (ISPs) and their branches are to report their transactions. It comes into force on 1 November 2007, superseding the provisions governing ISPs in Instruction 2005-08, which sets out the rules under which authorised ISPs, branches and market undertakings report their transactions in financial instruments to the AMF.
Instruction 2007-06 is available on the AMF website at Texts > Access by category of text > AMF Instructions AMF.
