MIAX: Proposed Rule Change To Change References In The Codes Of Arbitration Procedure From The Neutral List Selection System To The List Selection Algorithm

FINRA is proposing to change references in the Codes of Arbitration Procedure (‘‘Codes’’) from the Neutral List Selection System to the list selection algorithm.
