The aim of the Partners in Performance Programme is to create an environment for transparency and regular dialogue so that all parties share information on topics of mutual interest, especially those relating to system availability, service incidents and planned change.
LIFFE has designed a Service Level Agreement which forms the driving force behind this Programme, to deliver improved customer service based upon an open, honest and responsive working relationship between LIFFE, its Members and ISVs. Together with its ISVs, LIFFE has set challenging targets for the performance of both LIFFE CONNECT™ and ISV front-end trading software, providing a benchmark of best practice across the industry. The unparalleled functionality, choice and flexibility of LIFFE CONNECT™ will now be complemented with the high standards of service that the Partners in Performance Programme will deliver.
