Pricing for Argentine Stocks In The S&P Latin America 40 Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Latin America 40 Index effective after the close of trading on Monday, November 7, 2005:

S&P Latin America 40 Index will use only local pricing for all its Argentine constituents. The changes are as follow:

  • Replace Petrobras Energia Part – B (ADR) (Argentina, NYSE: PZE, Sedol: 2540872) with and Petrobras Energia Part – B (Argentina, RIC: PCH.BA, Sedol: 2539999). The new number of shares will be 2,132,043,390.
  • Replace Tenaris (ADR) (Argentina, NYSE:TS, Sedol: 2167367) with Tenaris (Argentina, RIC: TENA.BA, Sedol: 2172402). The new shares will be 1,180,287,874.
