Powernext Carbon established a new daily volume record with 160 000 tonnes of CO2 traded on Friday, December 9, which represents a 39% increase compared to the previous record. 19 trades were made in a stable price with tight spreads.

This new high mark was established in a record week during which 375 000 tonnes of CO2 were traded (daily average of 75 000 tonnes).
