Postponement Of The Opening Of New Issue Sub-Market On The Copenhagen Stock Exchange

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange regrets to inform you that the opening of the new issue sub-market, scheduled for 7 December 2000, has been postponed. The reason is that the supplier of the SAXESS system, OM-Technology, wishes to test some special combinations in the functionality in SAXESS before the launch. The test is conducted today.

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange is sorry about the late announcement and at the close of the day we will be able to confirm whether auctions will be held on the sub-market as from tomorrow, 8 December 2000.
