PNGX Group Limited (PNGX Group), holding company of Papua New Guinea’s national stock exchange, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Samson Korawali to the Board of PNGX Group.
Mr Korawali is a seasoned technology professional with over 18 years of global experience specializing in delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries in the Asia Pacific and North American regions.
Mr Korawali is the CEO/CTO of SNS Tech Pty Ltd, a leading technology services provider in Papua New Guinea. He has served as Chief Developer for the Department of ICT, successfully delivering the eGov portal & Digital ID, and pioneered the integration of Xero’s accounting platform with Kina Bank.
Mr Korawali is also the Founder & CEO of Reelae Pty Ltd, a locally developed online learning platform based in PNG and Australia.
PNGX Group Chairman, Mr David Lawrence, welcomed the appointment of Mr Korawali to the Board. “Mr Korawali brings a wealth of experience to the PNGX Group. The PNGX business is heavily reliant on technology and innovation to develop the capital market in Papua New Guinea. The commercial and technology perspectives which Mr Korawali brings will help us develop faster and more sustainably both in Papua New Guinea and the region” he said.
