Plus Markets Shares Suspended As It Signs Reverse Takeover Deal

Plus Markets Group shares have been suspended at 28p after it confirmed reports that it had agreed a reverse takeover with an unidentified third-party.

PLUS Markets declined to name the third party involved in the reverse takeover, but industry sources have named Project Turquoise and even Borse Dubai as possible bidders.
