PLUS Markets Group Plc Statement Re: AIM Notice 18

PLUS Markets Group plc (“PMG”) has received confirmation from the London Stock Exchange plc that it does not intend to implement the changes to the AIM Rules for Companies proposed by AIM Notice 18, published on 6 April 2006.

PMG welcomes the decision and has today issued a Market Notice under usual regulatory procedures, for the information of AIM companies.
