Philadelphia Stock Exchange To Hold Memorial Bell-Ringing Ceremony On Sept. 11 At 10:40 A.M. - Formal Opening Delayed Until 11:00 A.M.

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange announced today that it will hold a special bell-ringing ceremony on Wednesday, Sept. 11 starting at 10:40 a.m. to commemorate the tragic events one year ago. The opening of trade has been delayed until 11:00 a.m. in conjunction with other national exchanges.

Lauren Hart, of the Philadelphia Flyers organization, will sing "God Bless America" after which there will be two minutes of silence. Tyler Senko, the 2 ½ year-old son the World Trade Center victim, Larry Senko, will ring the opening bell along with family members.
