Philadelphia Stock Exchange Names New Vice President Of Equity Surveillance

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) named Michael Barth vice president of equity surveillance. In his new position, Barth will oversee the PHLX team of surveillance analysts that detect, review, document and create surveillance reports on the equity floor of the Exchange.

Before joining the PHLX, Barth spent 10 years in equity surveillance at the Pacific Exchange where he spent nearly 21 years in a variety of positions including vice president of equity marketing and vice president of trading floor operations.

Barth earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from UCLA.
