Philadelphia Stock Exchange Expiring April Option Contracts - Early Expiration Due To Good Friday Holiday

Please be advised that the Exchange will be closed on April 21, 2000 in observance of Good Friday. As a result, OCC will advance processing for April options from Saturday, April 22, 2000 to Friday, April 21, 2000.

Therefore, the last day of trading before the expiration of April equity option and certain index option contracts will be Thursday, April 20, 2000. The last trading day for expiring settle-on-open index products will be Wednesday, April 19, 2000.

Last Trading Day and Settlement Values: All Equity Options - Cease trading 16:02, Thursday, April 20, 2000.

The following expiring Index Options - Cease trading, Thursday, April 20, 2000: XAU Gold/Silver Index 16:02; UTY Utility Index 16:02; XOC National Over-the-Counter Index 16:15.

Members are also reminded that the last trading day for expiring morning settled index options will be Wednesday, April 19, 2000. The settlement values for these indices will be based upon the opening prices of their component stocks on Thursday, April 20, 2000.
