Atra Zist Aray Company, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical & medicinal products industry, made its Initial Public Offering on TSE’s Main Board of the Second Market.
The Company was listed as the 623rd issuer, under the ticker of “DTRA1” offered 9% of its total shares, equivalent to 355,584,063 shares, to the public at an offering price of IRR 3,796 per share.
The number of participants in this offering was 1,111,967 and a maximum of 335 shares were allocated to each trading code.
