Petrohawk Energy Corporation Celebrates Transfer To The NYSE From Nasdaq

Today, NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE: NYX), welcomed Petrohawk Energy Corporation (NYSE: HK) to celebrate the company’s transfer from Nasdaq to the world’s leading equities market.

Petrohawk Chairman, President & CEO Floyd C. Wilson commemorated the transfer by ring The Opening Bell(SM).

Other recent energy company to list on the NYSE Group in 2007 include the initial public offerings of Duncan Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE: DEP) and MV Oil Trust (NYSE: MVO ).
