Personnel Changes At Admission Board Of SWX Swiss Exchange

The Admission Board of the SWX Swiss Exchange has announced that Felix M. Stählin, until 31 December 2004 Chairman of the Executive Committee of National Versicherung, stood down from the Admission Board for effect on 31 March 2005.

Peter E. Merian, President of the Admission Board, expressed his thanks for Mr. Stählin’s services.

Bruno Pfister, CFO of the Swiss Life Group, has been newly elected to the Admission Board. Mr. Pfister will also be the successor to Felix M. Stählin on the Committee of the Admission Board.
