Bill commented.
"Pendo Systems is a small company tackling a universal issue for large, complex organizations; specifically - how to manage high volumes of unstructured data.
Today’s CEOs and Boards (especially those running Financial Institutions) have to be certain that their company's data is complete, accurate and constantly available. This is true not just to meet increasing regulatory obligations, but to best serve their customers. The Pendo product has had great success in processing high volumes of unstructured data quickly and accurately. Based on my experience, I am confident that firms currently struggling with data issues will find the product to be a valuable and cost-effective tool."
Pam Pecs Cytron, founder and CEO at Pendo Systems, said. "We are delighted Bill has come on Board. His long experience both as a banker, and as a leader, will be invaluable to us all as we drive the Pendo business forward. From my perspective, the business insights and strategic counsel that both Bill and Ruth provide is exceptional. I am humbled that they have agreed to be part of the Pendo family and am looking forward to benefitting from their advice and guidance over the coming months and years."
Mr. Woodley has previously been an Executive Board member of the Institute of the International Bankers (IIB) and on the Supervisory Board of The Clearing House. He serves on the Board and Audit Committee of the Tiger Woods Foundation.
Bill is a British citizen, started his career in the Royal Navy and lives in Princeton, New Jersey.
