PCCW Limited Shares And IWF Change In The S&P/HKEx LargeCap Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/HKEx LargeCap Index effective after the close of trading Thursday, May 19, 2005:
  • PCCW Limited Shares (Hong Kong, SEDOL: 6574071, GICS: Telecommunication Services, GICS Code: 50101020), a member of the S&P/HKEx LargeCap Index, shares will increase from 5,374,320,000 to 6,718,128,000. The new shares were issued to meet existing employee share option scheme obligations. There will also be a decrease in IWF.
