Gleason, 41, brings more than 20 years experience in the options industry to his new position. He was a supervisor and floor broker for DLJ Pershing at the Chicago Board Options Exchange; Director of Floor Operations for Charles Schwab & Co. at the PCX; and most recently Vice President, SLK/Hull Derivatives, a Goldman Sachs Company. He has been an active committee member at both the CBOE and the PCX, and an instructor for the Options Institute.
