Paveglio joins the Exchange from A.T. Kearney, an international consulting firm, where she led the firm's financial institutions practice for the Western region. At the PCX, she is responsible for the finance, accounting, human resources, membership services, and internal audit units. She assumed her position on November 15.

"She has strong leadership skills and clear vision, and is an invaluable addition to our senior management team. I am delighted she has joined us."
Prior to her work with A.T. Kearney, Paveglio was Vice President, Marketing, for the Softad Group, a software development company. She was President of Management Professionals, a marketing consulting group; and Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Aquanautics Corporation, a packaging technology company. She has also been a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Paveglio has a Masters of Management from the J.L.Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and both a Masters of Science and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis.
