Outcome On Legal Action Against Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) By Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (“SERBADK”)

Reference is made to the media release by Bursa Securities on 8 November 2021.

 

Bursa Securities wishes to inform that the legal action filed by SERBADK against Bursa Securities has been dismissed by the High Court today (10 February 2022). In arriving at the decision, the Court concluded the complaints raised by SERBADK are completely indefensible and factually unsupported.
