All companies have their primary listing in the US, and after careful consideration and discourse with the companies' representatives, the Oslo Børs has decided that these shares will be traded as normal from tomorrow Thursday 13 September. The companies have informed that, despite the acts of terror, their business operations run as normal, and they are capable of handling the information obligation. In case the situation for one or more of the companies should be different on Thursday, new considerations will be made.
The decision to suspend Wednesday morning was based inter alia on the need to clarify the effect of the terror acts on the companies' operations and listing in Oslo. This is also in accordance with how other European exchanges considered the situation.
Ending the suspensions also implies that the derivatives trading will be conducted as normal in RCCL and Frontline.
